Gemona, with its local mountains Cuarnan and San Simeone, offers reliably good flying conditions in summer.
The area is incredibly varied - situated on the southern edge of the Alps with a view of the Po Valley, surrounded by the Julian and Carnic Alps and the Belluno Dolomites to the west.
To name just a few of the well-known flying sites nearby: Kobariški Stol, Lijak, Meduno, Greifenburg, Dolada

We will meet on the day of arrival at 19:00 at the Hotel in Gemona for dinner and to get to know each other.
If you are travelling by plane to VCE Venice: Book your flight so that you are at the exit at 15:00 on the day of arrival. Do not book your departure before 15:00 on the day of your return journey.
A single room in the hotel costs around € 470 for 7 nights - breakfast included. The camping pitches directly at the hotel cost € 15 per night.
